Booking details
When you submit the booking form we receive the details you enter (name, email, phone, school, location, exam board and preferred date) so we can confirm your place. We send you a confirmation email and do not share these details for advertising except with your separate explicit permission as described below.
Advertising cookies (Google Ads)
If you accept advertising cookies, we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to measure which of our adverts lead to visits, booking requests, WhatsApp clicks and phone-link clicks, and support advertising optimisation. Acceptance of our updated advertising notice also permits Google to use these technical details for personalised advertising. Earlier cookie acceptance or a regional default alone does not enable personalised advertising. A contact click measures opening the link, not a completed call, message or booking. Google may set cookies and receive technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited and ad-click details. In the UK, EEA and Switzerland, tracking only runs after acceptance; elsewhere it may run without a banner unless you reject it. If your region cannot be determined, tracking is blocked until acceptance. We store a browser visitor reference, choices, timestamps, region and the notices shown, preserving earlier acceptance when you withdraw. Each reported conversion references the applicable choice. These records stay in your browser and can be lost if browser storage is cleared.
Optional enhanced booking conversions
When enabled in our Google Ads account, an adult submitting their own contact details can separately agree in the booking form to share their email address and phone number with Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC for advertising measurement and optimisation. Google's tag hashes these details before transmission to match a booking to a Google account; hashing is not anonymisation. We do not send student names, school details or other booking fields as matching data. No matching details are shared without this explicit choice, in any region, or while advertising is rejected. Declining does not affect your booking. Blocked events are not replayed after acceptance.
Changing your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of the home page at any time to accept or reject. Rejecting stops advertising tracking and withdraws email/phone matching permission straight away, including in other open tabs. Opening settings alone does not change your choice. You can also manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
